Lauren Hayes, Southport Branch Manager

Beginning life as a Lettings Negotiator in 2012, she then worked her way up to Lettings Manager in February 2016 at the wonderful Ball & Percival.
After quickly and successfully growing the lettings business to market leader she then made the jump into estate agency in 2018.
Lauren has a wealth of experience having worked as Business Development Manager before becoming a Valuer, then Senior Residential Valuer, Assistant Branch Manager and now branch manager of Ball & Percival. 

 

Lauren's dedication and hard work has led her to her current position as Branch Manager of our Southport branch.

Sophie Sutton, Ainsdale Branch Manager
